Description

On the basis of the MB-SR50N column-transition wall, a mounting system was created, which allows connecting construction materials with different properties, some from the inside and others from the outside of the room. The aluminum elements used on the outside serve to ensure permanent internal protection of the internal skeleton structure against atmospheric influences. Two types of materials can be used for the construction of the supporting structure: wooden profiles, used with regard to the natural beauty that creates a pleasant and cozy atmosphere, or steel profiles with regard to the required equipment of the industrial type (industrial) or with regard to the large span between the supports.

 

An aluminum profile, the so-called a post-crossbar that is attached to wooden or steel profiles using connectors. Thanks to this connection, a composite profile will be created, from which the perimeter wall of the skeleton is built. The post-transmitter profile is used to attach and hold glazing or infills, to transfer wind loads and other forces acting on the structure. This profile plays a major role in the drainage and ventilation of the structure, for this purpose it was equipped with an EPDM casing seal.

This seal is differentiated in order to achieve cascade drainage of the column and partition, which is of fundamental importance for maintaining tightness. A heat insulator with very good parameters works between the glazing elements. Thanks to its components, the construction of the perimeter wall MB-SR50N A meets high requirements for thermal and acoustic insulation as well as for water and air tightness. The MB-SR50N A system can be used both in vertical structures, glass roofs and conservatories. As in the case of the classic MB-SR50N wall, the appearance of the aluminum profiles can be shaped individually depending on the taste and the architectural project by adjusting the masking strips to the appropriate shape.
